| Verse for 2009
Joshua 1:8-9.
This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God [is] with thee whithersoever thou goest.

History
Trinity Baptist Church started with a group of believers in 1980. Pastor Ken Evins, the first pastor, went to be with the Lord on February 21, 2009. Pastor Ken's son, Pastor Craig Evins, is the current pastor. Along with the church The evins family have been active in the Bullhead City community for many years. Mrs Evins was the librarian in both Mohave and River Valley High Schools until she retired in 1992. She also taught at Mohave Community College. Pastor Craig Evins is also known as Mr Evins as he teaches social studies at his alma mater, Mohave High School . Both Pastors graduated from Bob Jones University . The church has ministered to many in the tri-state area who have eventually moved to other areas and serve the Lord there. We are excited to be serving the Lord Jesus Christ who has saved us from hell by taking our punishment for sin on Himself.
